There have been several ways by which people encountered the possibility power of god which has brought solutions to a foretime impossibility.
Factors that made them eligible differs one from another either as a minister or as a recipient.
At some time, God sent angels to minister to people and bring their impossibility possible. E.g. Abraham, Zachariah etc.
At some occasion God sent men or used men to turn former impossibility e.g. Elijah, Elisha, Moses etc.
It was discovered that God himself shows them the way to be eligible, people only key into it or connect to it. Psalms 103: 7. He made known his ways unto Moses, his act unto the children of Israel.
Those who have been sanctified and are living the sanctified life (Joshua 3: 5). At the crossing of river Jordan.
Those whose spiritual ears are opened to hear God (Exodus 5-6, 17 1-16) provision of water from rock
