My name is Amaechi Prince Chekwube from Abia state and a graduate of accounting from Abia State University. Am the founder and CEO of Maxdoklin Services, a facility management company and also the founder and Principal Consultant at Rindeth Consulting, an SME consulting firm.
What is your background like?
My background wasn't rosy but it was life changing. I did my primary school in the north, Kaduna state to be precise and my secondary school in my home town, Isuikwuato L.G.A. in a defunct commercial school.
My Hobbies?
I love reading, watching movie and gisting.
How has your growing up influenced your choice of career?
I was exposed to business courses right at early stage in my secondary school, it was a purely commercial school, this greatly triggered my interest in business and subsequently my choice of course of study.
What challenged you into starting your own business?
The craving to contribute something, the passion for solving problem lead me majorly into establishing my business especially my consulting business. I was consulting free for people until a client who was overwhelmed by my work for him decides to pay me, that was when I knew am actually solving problem.
What motivates you to push for success?
The desire to stand out and be unique was my major motivating force.
Who is your role model?
Pastor David Ebiyeomie. He is a man of wisdom.
What is was greatest fear?
Fear of rejection.
What is your advice to young entrepreneurs?
Don't ever give up on your dream and vision, success is a marathon and not a splint. It comes gradually. Learn all what you need to learn to make your dream a reality and go to work.
What is your take on the state of the nation?
We are progressive and we are work in progress as a nation. We have many problems to solve and in fact this poses lots of opportunities for entrepreneurs. The more problems, the more opportunities to solve them and create wealth. We need to start thinking and less complaint.
