TACN LAWNA THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY AYEGBAJU MATRICULATES NEW STUDENTS AS PASTOR PROF. OKWII CALLS FOR FAITHFULNESS IN THE CHURCH
Pastor (Professor) John Brown Okwii Provost, The Apostolic Church Nigeria (LAWNA) Theological Seminary Ayegbaju, Ilesa Osun State has called on ministers of God to be faithful in their ministerial assignments.
Pastor Professor Brown Okwii made the call when delivery his matriculation address during the matriculation ceremony of the theological seminary held at the Chapel of Excellence on November 14, 2017.
Professor Okwii posited that the church can only grow when ministers of God are faithful to God in all ramifications. The Provost also advised the students to be diligent, hard working and pursue academic excellence.
In his own address Dean of Academics of the seminary Pastor A. O Adejumo enjoined the new students to shine as light in the world of darkness. Pastor Adejumo concluded that when Christians shine as light in the world of darkness, the world will be a better place to live because unbelivers will see them as perfect example and followers of Jesus Christ.
LAWNA theological seminary Ilesa matriculated 105 new students. The Apostolic Church Nigeria (LAWNA) Theological Seminary Ayegbaju Ilesa Osun State matriculated 105 students for the 2017/2018 academic session. In the breakdown, three students were admitted into Masters of Theology, 22 were admitted in PGDT, BACED-1, BAPSCED- 13, ITS- 39, BACMPS- 6, BBS- 6, MSN- 3 while Diploma in Pastoral Studies had 12 students respectively.
